Custom Order Work

A little while ago, I completed a custom design for my lovely customer, Kristin.  She was looking for something special for her friends who were having a 20's-30's era, vintage themed wedding.  I was immediately drawn to the beautiful and intricate lace that was worn on special occasions during that time, and knew that I wanted to include lace as a decorative element.  I have to admit it was very challenging to duplicate the concept of lace with cross stitches, but it was also rewarding to see the design come together.  Kristin shared her finished work with me and I just could not be happier with the results!  I think she did a beautiful job stitching it and it really is a gorgeous keepsake!  I hope you like it too.
